STAT Club of Maryland, Inc. offers two levels of Year-Round Membership*:
Full or Associate
Year-Round Full Members: $35.00 Annual Dues
- can serve on committees or as committee chairpersons
- have voting privileges
- must attend at least one (1) monthly business meeting per quarter in order to be familiar with club business for voting purposes
Prospective Full Members must submit a Membership Application and attend three (3) meetings, either in-person or by Zoom. Once the three meeting requirement is met, members present will vote on admittance. Upon admittance, a confirmation email with dues payment instructions will be sent to the new member from STAT Club Membership.
Year-Round Associate Members: $25.00 Annual Dues
- can serve on committees or as subcommittee chairpersons
- do not have voting privileges
- do not have any meeting attendance requirement
Since there is no meeting attendance requirement, Associate Members need only complete and return the Membership Application. Upon receipt of the membership application, a confirmation email with payment instructions will be sent to the new member from STAT Club Membership.
*Year-Round Membership dues renewal notices are emailed each December and must be paid in full by the January meeting to maintain your good standing in the club. Year-Round Membership dues amounts are deducted from the cost of the next Shore Leave membership, if applicable.
Shore Leave Associate Members
The purchase of a membership to Shore Leave includes a membership to the STAT Club of Maryland, Inc., the parent organization of Shore Leave. It affords you all the rights and privileges of an Associate Member — including, but not limited to, admission to Shore Leave for which the membership was purchased, optional attendance either in-person or via Zoom to the monthly business meetings, and all other social gatherings organized by the club — except for serving on or chairing a committee. A Shore Leave Associate Membership is valid through December 31 of the year for which the Shore Leave membership was purchased.
· If the Shore Leave membership is purchased prior to December 31, the club membership is valid as of January 1 through the end of the following year.
· If the Shore Leave membership is purchased between January 1 and the Sunday of Shore Leave, the club membership is valid from the date of purchase for the remainder of the same year.
